Headless woman with no arms or legs found in garbage bag in shopping cart as cops hunt for suspect
A HEADLESS woman with no arms or legs was found in a garbage bag in a shopping cart early this morning.
A person walking in Brooklyn, New York, at around 1.45am made the horrifying discovery and called 911.
Detectives are attempting to use DNA to identify the person. However, there is an absence of anything to match to dental or fingerprint records.
Officials are also looking at surveillance footage that may show a person or people pushing the cart in the area before it was found.
The medical examiner is set to conduct an autopsy to figure out how the woman died.
It comes just days after a woman’s burning body was found stuffed inside a shopping cart in Los Angeles’ Chinatown.
Cops have launched an investigation after the blaze was spotted by a worker just before 5am Tuesday morning.

They’re unsure if the woman died before she was put inside the cart.
The victim has not yet been identified and officers are not sure if she was homeless.
LAPD Lt. Ryan Rabbett said: “The fire was still burning – that person did use a fire extinguisher to put out that fire.”
Cops say that the woman’s death is suspicious.
