Singapore-based digital asset platform Amber Group on Tuesday said its private market valuation stands at $3 billion, based on a $200 million Series B round of private financing. Temasek led the latest investment round in Amber Group, with participation from Sequoia China, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global Management, Tru Arrow Partners and Coinbase Ventures , among others. Founded in 2017, the company now manages about $5 billion, with cumulative transaction volume of more than $1 trillion. Amber Group Global CEO Michael Wu said, "We want to do more than just enable mainstream digital asset adoption. We want to help create a digital future where digital assets empower people with the opportunity and agency to shape a better world for us all."
