Alaskan Bush People star Rain Brown jokes about wanting to grow up to be Barbie when she was young, also sharing a fun comparison photo.
The youngest of the Alaskan Bush People, Rain Brown, reveals that when she was younger, she had dreams of living like a Barbie doll. Discovery Channel viewers have only known Rain as a tomboy who enjoys getting her hands dirty. Rain just shared on the recent season of Alaskan Bush People that she hoped to mine for gold within the family's mountain. Naturally, this is no easy feat, especially because it would consist of manual labor. Since Rain first graced the small screen as a seven-year-old, she has been the apple of her parents' eyes.
Rain learned to shoot, hunt, and fish all before becoming a teenager. For this reason, when Rain finally started to grow into herself, viewers were a bit surprised that she started to embrace her feminine side. This past season showed that Rain could have it all, including wearing makeup while staying true to her upbringing.
In February 2022, Rain shared a surprising post via her Instagram that showed her wearing a beautiful pink dress. Next to Rain was an identical photo of Barbie, also wearing a pink gown and crown. The youngest of the Wolf Pack shared that she wanted to be Barbie when she was a kid, joking, "dreams do come true." Check out Rain's post below:
Some would argue Rain's life has been nothing like a fairytale, but it has been nice to see her embrace different sides of herself as she's grown up. However, some followers were a bit worried by Rain's latest post and encouraged her to be a princess of her own design, not someone else's. Naturally, Rain also had a few marriage proposals along with positive comments. The 19-year-old has been more active on her social media as of late. Recently, she has given family updates, including on her brother Bear Brown's wedding. Rain has also called out trolls for trying to make her feel bad regarding how she looks and all the hate her family receives.
Rain has had to be strong over the last year, especially after her father, Billy Brown, passed away. February marked the one-year anniversary of the Alaskan Bush People patriarch's death, and each Wolf Pack member commemorated him in their own way. Rain took the day to recall special memories of her father privately. She has also decided to honor his legacy by completing a few projects on North Star Ranch. One thing is for sure, Billy will be proud of Rain no matter where she ends up in the future.
