Born on February 16, 1936, Carl Icahn is an American financier.
Carl was raised in Queens and attended Far Rockaway High School.
Both of his parents worked as teachers.
In 1957, Carl graduated from Princeton University with a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy.
He went on to attend the New York University of Medicine before dropping out to join the military reserve.
