Palletforce member Online Group has refreshed its trailer fleet with an investment in 20 new curtainsiders from Krone UK.
The Profi Liner trailers are being used throughout the group’s operations, including automotive logistics from its Dagenham and Dover premises.
Online Group MD Steven O’Leary said: “A temporary downturn during the pandemic gave us the opportunity to take stock and we decided it was the ideal time to bring down the average age of our trailers.
“We have bought from Krone for over 15 years, so they were the obvious choice.
“They are a great piece of kit – extremely reliable and very easy to maintain.”
The latest Profi Liner has a standard weight of less than six tonnes and is designed to be easy to repair if damaged.
“Our drivers seem to really like the Krone trailers – in fact, they compete to get them whenever they come in,” O’Leary added.
