FRUSTRATED neighbours have spoken of “living hell” as a “nightmare” tenant was kicked out of a flat.
The 18-year-old Dudley resident was ordered to leave his property following reports of fires, weapons and drugs.

Neighbour Rich Westwood, 45, said residents in the three-storey apartment block were living a “nightmare” since last summer, with the resident and his visitors causing a number of incidents.
He said: “It was a nightmare and misery living next to him, especially at weekends.
“We had fires started, machetes and drugs taken off kids, threats to residents.
“We had motorbikes on here, an e-bike, pinched motorbikes. Everything you can think of, it has happened.
“It has been a living nightmare. Everybody has been on edge. We didn’t know from one night to another what was going to happen.”
Shocking photos show tyre marks left on the lawn in front of the flats and a burnt door after an alleged arson.
Mr Westwood added that it was once a quiet block of flats with families and said people over 40s could only apply for a flat at one time.
He said “Now it is open to any age. The council should vet people more.”
The closure order was issued by Walsall Magistrates’ Court and was posted on the door of the property in the Upper Gornal area of Dudley.
The decision was welcomed by the Oval and Tudor Tenants and Residents Association, which had called on Dudley Council and West Midlands Police.
Keiran Casey, chairman of the group, told Birmingham Live: “These problems with crime and anti-social-behaviour have been ongoing for some time now.
“Whilst we are really glad to see that this particular issue has been sorted out with a three-month closure order, we are going to continue working with the council and police to ensure that there are long-term solutions to the problems in the block, to ensure this doesn’t happen again.”
West Midlands Police officers said the anti-social behaviour had been causing distress to locals with “lots of work taking place to improve the situation”.
