Over the last few days, numerous Russian media outlets have received letters from the government ordering them to remove old online articles based on corruption investigations by a now-banned group founded by imprisoned opposition leader Aleksei Navalny. The Kremlin's bid to essentially erase Navalny is forcing media to decide where to draw the line on press freedom.
