THE chilling cat-and-mouse drama Killing Eve will return for another dynamite season.
Jodie Comer and Sandra Oh are set to return for another action-packed season alongside some new faces.
Jodie Comer was born in Liverpool on March 11, 1993.
The Killing Eve star landed her first acting job with BBC Radio 4 for a play after coming first place at a local drama festival.
She is best known for playing Kate Parks in he hit drama Doctor Foster and also Ivy Moxam in the BBC Three drama Thirteen.
The young actress has had a incredibly successful acting career and won the gong for Leading Actress at the TV Baftas.
Sandra Oh is a Canadian actress born July 20, 1971.
The actress is best known for her role as Cristina Yang on Grey’s Anatomy.
She left the hospital drama in 2014 and has went on to win a Golden Globe Award and two Screen Actors Guild Awards for her performance in Killing Eve.
Sandra has also starred in a number of feature films including The Princess Diaries in 2001, Raya and the last Dragon and The Chair both in 2021.
MI6 operative Carolyn Martens is played by Fiona Shaw.
Fiona Shaw is an Irish actress her role in the Harry Potter films as Petunia Dursley.
She has also starred in a number of TV shows such as True Blood, Fleabag and Baptiste.
Hélène from season 3 of Killing Eve played by Camille Cottin has been promoted to series regular for season 4.
She has also starred in the French drama Call My Agent, Stillwater and House of Gucci which also stars Lady Gaga.
Camille was also nomiated for a César Award for Most Promising Actress and a Molière Award for Best One Man Show.
Robert Gilbert is set to appear in the new series alongside Sandra Oh as an assassin called Yusuf a former member of the army who will help Eve get revenge.
A romantic encounter between the two was witnessed by passers-by in London in 2021.
The pair were seen sharing a kiss which quickly turned into a brutal chokehold that saw Eve struggling for breath.
Will be interesting to see how that one pans out…
Anjana Vasan, a Singaporean based in London will star in the show as a young assassin.
The new actress also bagged a role in Marvel’s Spider-Man: Far From Home.
She also appeared in Channel 4’s sitcom We Are Lady Parts as Amina.
Killing Eve will return for season 4 on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
The series will premiere on February 27, 2022.
A twist in the new series is sure to take viewers by surprise as Villanelle decides to become a born again Christian.
Will she go back to her old ways?
Unfortunately for Villanelle stans, this series will be the last series of Killing Eve.
Jodie shared with Harper’s Bazaar,: “I’m trying not to think about it too much, honestly. It’s sad, you know? I’ve been with this character for a really, really long time.”
She also added, “I would rather we ended on a good note and kept our integrity, instead of going on and on, and being kicked out the door.”
