Community Tickets a Great Success
We were pleased to welcome our new friends from Gleann Dail Shinty Club to our fixture last Saturday at Firhill
The feedback from those who attended was fantastic and we are delighted to hear they had a day to remember as part of the growing Queen’s Park Family.
A spokesperson for The Gleann Dail Shinty club @gleanndailcaman commented: “We are the only shinty club on the Southside of Glasgow, so Queen’s Park is our local football club. The children, aged 6-12, were so excited when we heard that QP had generously awarded us tickets to attend their home game against Airdrie last weekend.
“The kids loved cheering and shouting their support for the Spiders. They moved down to the front to witness the great goal by Charlie Fox. We had a really great time and at the end of the game the captain, Michael Doyle, walked over to our wee gang and handed one of them his captains’ armband. What an amazing finish to a great game. Thanks to all involved.”

Community tickets are available for all our home league fixtures until the end of the season.
Please note that these tickets must be claimed by 4 pm on the Thursday prior to the relevant matchday.
