I live in a tiny studio apartment and there are three things I DON’T own to save space
IT CAN seem impossible to save space in a tiny apartment, but apparently, it just takes decluttering your belongings.
Lifestyle expert @lucy.q shared the three things she does not own in order to save space in her tiny New York City studio apartment.
A DRESSER
Rather than taking up space with a bulky dresser, Lucy revealed she splits her clothes up and stores them in her apartment’s two closets.
She uses her closets to hang necessary clothing and keeps the rest in under-bed storage bins.
The bins keep her clothing storage out of sight, and can easily be pulled out when needed.
She noted that a full bed can fit between four and six plastic bins underneath it.
DESK OR DINING TABLE
Lucy also skipped out on getting a desk or a dining table for her studio.
Instead, she works and eats from her coffee table.

Her coffee table has an adjustable top so she can lift it up closer to her while she eats or works from her couch.
The coffee table also has a storage area inside, making it a great place to keep books, remotes, chargers, and any other household items.
TELEVISION
Instead of binge-watching shows on a TV, Lucy uses a projector to cast the image onto her plain white wall.
Since she doesn’t own a TV, she also doesn’t need to waste space with a wall mount or TV stand.
The projector is small enough to leave out, or it can be unplugged and stored away until needed.
She added that the projector creates a much larger screen size than any TV that would have been bought for her apartment, making it great for movie nights.
While Lucy doesn’t reveal how she keeps her apartment clean and tidy, there are several hacks that may help her do so.
For instance, a cleaning expert revealed the five free things she does to stay on top of her home’s organization.
