SIMON Cowell admitted he was a “bit of a nutter” as he emerged today following his horror e-bike crash.
The 62-year-old vowed to wear a helmet from now on after The Sun revealed how the crash left him with a broken arm.

The Sun revealed he’d fallen from his bike for the second time last week and fractured an arm – 18 months after breaking his back falling from a different bicycle.
The star skidded in the road at 20 mph and flew over his handlebars into the middle of the road.
Three onlookers had to stop the traffic, whilst an ambulance was called.
From here, the mogul was whisked to the Chelsea and Westminster hospital, and given an X Ray.
In August 2020 he was almost paralysed after coming off his electric bike in his Malibu back yard.
He required a six hour operation, and needed round-the-clock care for almost a month.
