Longtime fans of Judge Dredd and 2000 AD who have smart phones can take advantage of the textless cover, which have not been commonly released with the title. The cover shows the titular Judge Dredd doing what he’s most known for— going on patrol. As he keeps watch over the dystopian city, he maintains the reputation he has made for himself, as the serious, solemn enforcer of the law. However, the background also highlights Mega-City One’s skyline, and the intense pollution with vehicles flying casually. Amidst the doom and gloom, Dredd is ready to represent law and bring about order to protect his city.
While new Judge Dredd comics are on their way, the magazine is promoting the most iconic image of Dredd by showing him doing what he is best at doing. The dystopian city’s guardian drives his bike with his gun ready at his side, putting fear into those who plot against Mega-City One and the people who live in it. Judge Dredd Megazine #440 is set to release on February 16, listed at $10.99.
