Why isn’t The Bachelor on tonight?
As the NFL heads into week one of the playoffs, ABC will be taken over by the Arizona Cardinals and the Los Angeles Rams football game.
This is the first time in the NFL’s history that a game has landed on a Monday night, interrupting what was sure to be another exciting episode of The Bachelor.
The show will return to ABC next Monday and will continue to keep its 8pm time slot for the rest of the season.
The pause comes after the dramatic second episode featuring Hilary Duff who had the women organize a birthday party for a young girl during their group date.

What can Bachelor Nation expect from next week’s episode?
Next week’s episode will jump right into the allegations against Cassidy Timbrooks who it was revealed in the last episode had been texting a guy back home.
According to Reality Steve, fans can expect another group date, this time taking a Baywatch theme.
Sarah Hamrick will get a one-on-one date with The Bachelor, and while the exact location is still unknown, Reality Steve says it is based somewhere in downtown Los Angeles.
The drama will continue to unfold between contestants Shanae Ankey and Elizabeth Corrigan as their feud continues.
The issues began in the last episode as the two women sat by the pool and Ankey accused Corrigan of ignoring her.
When Corrigan revealed she has ADHD and is unable to focus on multiple conversations, Ankey took the information to the other women in the house.
“Fake, fake, fake,” she said. “ADHD my ass.”
The break from the show comes at an unfortunate time after leaving episode two on a cliffhanger when Echard asked host Jesse Palmer if anyone had ever taken back a rose.
