Loose Women’s Ruth Langsford hints at ongoing feud with Phillip Schofield as she discusses sending him a Christmas card
RUTH Langsford has had yet another awkward encounter with Phillip Schofield amid speculation of an ongoing feud.
The Loose Women presenter appeared to hint there was ongoing bad blood between them during a live link on This Morning.
It comes two years after The Sun revealed Ruth made an official complaint against Phillip after he “rudely” interrupted her while she was presenting a preview of Loose Women during an episode of This Morning.
Today, when Phillip introduced Ruth, he said: “It’s Ruth’s turn today.”
Ruth replied: “Yay, my turn…
“I was just remembering your glitter phobia.
“I remember buying your Christmas card once, only once, which had glitter in.”
She then continued to let viewers know what was coming up on Loose Women.

The bizarre exchange appeared to show signs of a strained relationship between the pair.
Things flared up again at the NTAs 2020 when the pair exchanged a VERY awkward hug during an acceptance speech for Best Live Magazine Show.
Phil awkwardly wrapped his arm around Ruth after This Morning won Live Magazine Show.
A show source told The Sun the whole thing was “staged” following the pair’s on-going feud.
It looked like Phil was keen to reach out to Ruth on stage as she stood next to him, wrapping his arm around her waist and taking to the mic to thank her and husband Eamonn Holmes for their work on the Friday show.
However Ruth clearly bristled when Phil put his arm around her.
The moment didn’t go unnoticed by viewers at home either, with many cringing as they watched the awkward exchange.
