Even when Mr. Poopybutthole was at his lowest with his pain killer addiction, he never was much for swearing, which makes this an out-of-character quote for him. Additionally, it doesn't match the tone of many of his post-credit monologues.
Even though Mr. Poopybutthole's origin is still unresolved, his role in recent seasons has been to give heartfelt speeches about the content of the show. Most recently, he spoke to fans about the dangers of hiding away your feelings to save those around you from yourself. In comparison, this quote is brash and aggressive.
Evil Morty has been a step ahead of Rick and Morty for the entirety of the show. He's given charmingly inspiring speeches and even sweet-talked his way into the presidency. He's proven that he's just as intelligent as Rick--if not more so, and he is the villain with the greatest threat level.
After going up against Rick in wit, this quote seems disjointed and thoughtless. Evil Morty knows exactly what he wants to do, and knows the actual name of the "curve thing," so there's no reason to make himself look less intelligent or put together than he is.

Summer wants to enact change everywhere she goes. She wanted to enlighten the Gazorpians about the usefulness of some male influence, she wanted to free Unity's hive mind so that they could have individualism, and she's advocated for both Morty Jr.'s and Naruto's safety. Her entire personality centers around making herself seen and heard, and this line goes against that.
There have been five seasons of people telling Jerry to stop listening to himself and his opinions about things, but Jerry hasn't stopped. Especially in later seasons, Jerry is entirely himself and proud of it. This is why this goes against his entire personality.
Jerry is truest to himself when he's being weird, quirky, and unapologetically dorky. Season 4 and 5 have had some of the best, most independent, and confident versions of Jerry, and season 1 Jerry would love the change.
These words of semi-encouragement from Beth are pretty far from how she actually lives her life. For much of the series, Beth is hell-bent on receiving praise and affection from Rick and cares much more about him liking her than anything else.
In later seasons, Beth is a lot more confident in herself, but even in season 5, Beth wants to be liked. She wanted the Hellraiser demons to think that she's cool, and she wants Rick's approval during the Gotron ferret shenanigans. She truly doesn't live by the advice she gave.
This is a line that's fairly early on in the series, but even then it wasn't true to Morty's real feelings. Morty, no matter how jaded he becomes with Rick, loves going on adventures with his grandpa. He's heartbroken when Rick tells him that he's moved onto the two crows in season 5, and goes to great lengths to get Rick back.
Morty is an expert at adventuring and he even out-Ricks Rick in many instances. He belongs on those adventures and they're one of the best things to ever happen to him. He cares much more than he says in this quote and he has the exact opposite attitude for the rest of the series.
Rick may be a callous and self-centric alcoholic, but there is countless evidence throughout the series that he feels love very deeply and in more ways than just a "chemical reaction."
Rick's love for Diane and Beth led him on a lifelong search for vengeance after a deep depression. His love for Morty repeatedly leads him to risk his own safety for Morty's. He's a serial romantic, falling over and over again and being hurt in the process. He's loved Unity, Birdperson, and Diane deeply, and definitely does not treat love as a small thing.
