Steven Johnston revealing his big secret to Alina on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way has made his Russian girlfriend seethe with anger. Fans are having a hard time trusting Steven on TOW season 3 as he and Alina inch closer towards getting married in Turkey. TLC viewers wonder how Alina is still together with Steven but during their wine tasting date, she may have finally seen his true colors.
Utah-based Steven and Novosibirsk resident Alina crossed paths on a language exchange app. The 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way couple met in person for two weeks despite Alina being worried about Steven kidnapping her and selling her organs. Now, Steven and Alina are all set to marry in Turkey and move to Russia, but the former pest control salesman has a few secrets hidden up his sleeve. While adventurous Steven wants Alina to be a virgin and not indulge in sex before marriage, he’s already done that and perhaps more in his past. But in 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way episode 6, Steven comes clean about his sins to Alina.
According to a preview clip shared by 90 Day Fiancé on Instagram, Steven finally reveals that he’s not a virgin to Alina. And in the comments, Alina has gained attention after posting about how furious she is about Steven’s actions. “Ruined such a romantic atmosphere!????????????” aspiring digital artist Alina wrote angrily about the wine tasting date gone wrong. “Not swallowing,” Steven says in the clip as he clinks glasses with Alina and then goes on to crib about the wine smelling bad, as he sticks his entire tongue into the glass and licks it. Alina laughs adorably at Steven’s nasty antics. But when it comes to reacting to his confession, Alina, who already doesn’t trust Steven fully, may not take it lightly.
Apart from not getting a good feeling about Steven, who himself says that future episodes may not paint him in a good light, 90 Day Fiancé viewers are annoyed with him. Steven, who's been compared to Brandon Gibbs, has repeatedly shown that he’s immature and impulsive which proves he's not ready for marriage. Even in the post comments, fans are saying that Steven should “grow up” and that Alina needs to “run away from him.” Some fans have admitted that they are tempted to fast forward Steven’s segments, while others are worried about how Alina will deal with the trauma of her future husband hiding such a big secret from her.
Plenty of viewers have been discussing why Alina is in a relationship with Steven and if he’s even worth a Green Card if she’s after one. But Alina slammed a critic who called her “desperate” by claiming that she is not coming to the U.S. If all has gone according to plan for Steven and Alina, one could assume that the 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way couple is now married.
