Financial assistance will be provided to Heroes of the Soviet Union; disabled soldiers and participants of the Great Patriotic War; persons taking part in mine lifting operations in 1943-1945; persons awarded with the orders and medals of the USSR for selfless labor and impeccable military service at the home front during the war; persons working at air defense facilities and near-frontline railway sections; survivors of the Leningrad siege; persons disabled from childhood as a result of the war.
