The real estate sector in the state, reeling under a host of problems, including liquidity and sale of properties because of the ongoing pandemic, has appealed to the Jharkhand government to consider slashing the circle rates this year like in Delhi and West Bengal to provide a cushion to both developers and prospective buyers.
