NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
On the date and at the time and location described below, a PUBLIC HEARING will be held to receive representations from any persons who wish to make them in respect of the following matter:
BY-LAW NO. 38-2021
being a new zoning by-law for the Municipality of Souris-Glenwood

GENERAL INTENT OF BY-LAW No. 38-2021 The intent of this by-law is to adopt the first municipal zoning by-law for the amalgamated Municipality of Souris-Glenwood. The proposed zoning by-law contains specific regulations governing the use and development of land, including lists of permitted and conditional uses as well as siting and setback requirements for buildings and structures from property boundaries applicable in each zoning district in the municipality. The proposed zoning by-law also sets out regulations dealing with the development of new or expanding livestock operations in the municipality. In addition, the proposed by-law also contains mapping showing the location and extent of the land use zoning districts proposed in the municipality. |

AREA AFFECTED BY BY-LAW No. 38-2021 The Zoning By-law will have general application to all land located within the Municipality of Souris-Glenwood. |
