Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to resume consideration of Executive Calendar #171, J. Nellie Liang, of Maryland, to be an Under Secretary of the Treasury, post-cloture.
At approximately 11:00am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Liang nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #154, Donald Michael Remy, of Louisiana, to be Deputy Secretary of Veterans Affairs.
At approximately 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #193, Tiffany P. Cunningham, of Illinois, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Federal Circuit.
