Coronation Street blunder as Todd Grimshaw steals a huge heat pump in a van with a dead body
CORONATION Street fans have spotted a major blunder – after Todd Grimshaw stole a heat pump alone.
The funeral director – who is played by actor Gareth Pierce in the ITV soap – managed to get a massive heat pump into the back of a van containing a dead body.
Todd was desperate for cash to pay off blackmailer Will.
Will was used by Todd to set Paul Foreman up for getting over involved with an abused teenager.
He manipulated the situation to split Paul up from boyfriend Billy – so Todd could swoop back in and reunite his former family.
However Will returned recently, demanding cash to keep quiet, forcing Todd to steal.

First he took money for a funeral – but lost that to a criminal.
In tonight’s episode Todd decided to steal the £7,000 heat pump that Billy’s church had paid for.
He borrowed the funeral director’s van and snuck into the builder’s yard to steal it.
However fans couldn’t help but notice two rather large issues.
Firstly Todd couldn’t have moved the giant heat pump alone, and secondly there was a dead body in the back of the van so it wouldn’t have been able to fit anyway.
One wrote: “Like he got that into back of van, in a couple of seconds! Absolute rubbish!”
A second asked: “How did Todd get it into the back of the van on his own? Didn’t realise he was Geoff Capes.”
Another added: “How ridiculous is this ? No one sees Todd buffoonish behaviour?”
