Britney Spears‘ conservator Jodi Montgomery is calling out Jamie Spears.
The Blast reports that in new court documents that were filed this week, Jodi claimed that Britney‘s father was allegedly using an investigation into the conservatorship to “clear his name” against the accusations made by his daughter.

According to the outlet, Jodi stated that the pop star has made a “number of serious allegations” against the people involved in her conservatorship since its inception in 2008.
Jodi also alleged in the filing that Jamie essentially put the blame onto others involved in the case by requesting a “court-ordered investigation” into the claims.
She added that Britney‘s father is seeking to “defend himself against his daughter’s accusations” and the court “should not take his bait.”
Jodi also referred to his investigation as a “thinly veiled attempt to clear his name.”
The filing also claimed that Jamie had been using Britney‘s money to defend himself in court.
Jodi recently revealed if she would be continuing to serve as Britney‘s conservator.
