The city corporation’s attempt to evict a section of residents from CMC Colony and clear space to continue Ukkadam flyover work went in vain on Thursday, as residents staged a sit-in against the move. While corporation officials said alternative accommodation was allotted to all the families, residents alleged that some of them were left out from the survey.
