RHOBH: Why Fans Think This May Be Lisa Rinna’s Final Season
Many fans of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills think long-time housewife Lisa Rinna may no longer be a housewife after season 11. Rinna is no stranger to unnecessary drama; in fact, she is usually the one stirring it up. This is not news to fans, but after her issues with Denise Richards last season, many people are sick of her and are hoping these are her final days on the show before Andy Cohen gives her the boot.
Rinna has always been caught up in the most dramatic moments of the show. Whether they involve her or not, she seems to find a way to involve herself and become a part of the drama. It seems like she has managed to have an issue of some sort with nearly every person on the show. While everyone is used to this behavior from the housewife, a lot of fans really got sick of it after watching Rina drag Denise through the mud for no apparent reason other than to ruin her reputation. This particular situation stood out because Rinna was not only friends with Denise for decades, but she is also the reason Denise got on the show, to begin with.
Many fans are ready to get rid of Rinna and have taken to Reddit to discuss it. One fan said, “I cannot stand this woman, and I cannot stand narcissists!” Another said, “In the current season she’s a wacky shrieking mess. Something is way off.” The comments go on to discuss how Rinna is starving for attention and just starts drama to get that attention. Fans also said her time on the show should come to an end because she was never a fan favorite, to begin with. Fans even launched a petition in 2020 to get rid of Rinna, with over 5,000 people signing it. The petition discusses Rinna's hateful and disrespectful behavior on the show and on social media.
It seems like Rinna came on to season 11 with a goal to redeem herself after fans and some of the housewives slammed her for her treatment of Denise. It looks like Rinna has developed a strategy of some kind to play it cool this season and downplay her typical mean-girl nature. While this may seem like a good idea to Rinna after last season, fans think this plan is going to seriously backfire on her. Although she seems to be pretty unlikeable among viewers, it seems like the only reason she still holds a diamond is because of the ridiculous drama she brings to the table. Without that drama, Rinna becomes pretty insignificant as a housewife.
Fans seem to be getting pretty tired of Rinna. While drama is, of course, a huge part of the show and the reason most people watch it, there is a line a housewife can cross when it comes to starting drama that can make fans turn against her. It’s pretty clear Rinna has already crossed that line on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
