The number of the confirmed coronavirus cases in Armenia increased by 60 as of Sunday morning, bringing the country total to 224,227.
The National Center for Disease Control and Prevention reported two deaths, raising the overall number of officially registered fatalities to 4,498. One more patient died from other, pre-existing causes unrelated to the virus; a total of 5,593 cases of the kind have been reported to date.
The recoveries increased by 50 to reach 216,049 in the past 24 hours; some 2,578 are still under treatment. As many as 4,410 tests were conducted in the past 24 hours, with the overall number of tests standign at 1,149,863.
