RHONJ: Why Melissa Gorga Thinks Teresa Giudice Will Marry Her BF Luis
Melissa Gorga is certain her The Real Housewives of New Jersey costar and sister-in-law, Teresa Giudice, will marry her new boyfriend Luis "Louie" Ruelas in the future. News broke of Teresa's new relationship in November 2020 after a fan took a photo of the pair at her daughter's soccer game. However, she didn't confirm the news herself until December 2020, when she shared a photo of her and her new man getting cozy at dinner. Since then, her friends and family have gushed about Teresa's new guy and how in love she is with him.
Viewers and the cast of RHONJ have yet to meet Louie, but it seems as though we may be meeting him soon. At the end of Wednesday's brand new episode, Teresa was getting ready for a date night with her new boyfriend. Her daughter, Milania, came into her room to chat about the date and what she was potentially going to wear. The episode ended with Louie ringing the doorbell and Teresa opening the door. It seems as though fans will finally get to meet the guy who has Teresa contemplating marriage again.
During last night's episode of RHONJ, Melissa told costars Margaret Josephs and Jackie Goldschneider that she believes wedding bells are in Teresa's future. "I believe this is her husband," she said, later adding in her confessional, "I don’t know everything there is to know about love, but I do know when two people go out of their way for one another, they can’t take their eyes off each other, and she totally lets her guard down with him. And that’s how I really know that it’s the one." The 42-year-old is the only cast member so far who was able to witness Teresa and Louie together off-camera. Louie showers Teresa with love and affection, something Melissa knows Teresa needed from a relationship for a long time.
Melissa has noticed that when Teresa is around Louie she is more affectionate and more herself. She wasn't like that with her ex-husband, Joe Giudice. She and Joe married in 1999 and welcomed four daughters together throughout their relationship. In December 2019, the pair announced they filed for divorce after 20 years of marriage. However, viewers and those close to Teresa believed the divorce was the right decision to make after he put her and himself in jail. Teresa was sentenced to 13 months in jail for fraud, while Joe was sentenced to three years. She deserves to have a man like Louie take care of her. However, it seems as though Teresa may have marriage on the brain too, as she admitted to Andy Cohen during an episode of Watch What Happens Live that she could "feel" herself marrying Louie.
Melissa knows Teresa will marry Louie eventually because of the way they are around each other. Not only can they not keep their hands off each other, but Louie is able to express his emotions to her. Teresa didn't have that type of relationship with Joe and wants someone completely opposite this time around. Teresa finally has her perfect man, and wedding bells may be in her future sooner rather than later.
