Elign, Ill. – The Saint Xavier University baseball team (21-18, 10-8 CCAC) lost game one of their three-game series to Judson University (Ill.), 4-2, Friday afternoon in a Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) contest in Elgin, Ill. Junior pitcher Eric Papierski (Orland Park, Ill./Sandburg) got the start and pitched 7.0 innings, giving up nine hits, four earned runs, two walks and seven strikeouts. He sees his record on the mound fall to 5-3.
