SISTER Wives star Christine Brown breaks down in tears in the show’s season finale sneak peek over wanting to leave her family behind and live in Utah.
The 48-year-old confesses she “can’t do marriage” with her husband of over 25 years, Kody Brown, anymore.
In a clip from the upcoming Sister Wives season finale, which airs Sunday, Christine is sitting outside with her sister wives Janelle, Meri, and Robyn, and their husband Kody on their Arizona property.
The family’s all sitting around in a circle when Christine begins to get emotional about her desire to live in Utah and her shock that the rest of them don’t want to be there, as well.
Sobbing, Christine says to them all: “When we were there, you guys all talked about how Utah was home and the mountains were home and family was there, so I thought that you felt the same.”
Not really knowing how to best respond, Janelle, 51, simply says to her: “I’m sorry, I just don’t even know how to make this OK for you.”
Robyn, 42, agrees that they did feel that way when they were there and “it is home, but it’s not friendly.
She continues to explain, referencing how they live in a plural marriage: “There’s a part of it that will always be home to me, always, but it’s not friendly to us.
“I just don’t know how to feel comfortable doing that to my kids.”
Seeing how upset her fellow sister wife is, Meri, 50, gets out of her chair and tells Christine to “come here” as she grabs her hand and brings her away from the group and on a private walk.
While silent during the circle-time chat, Kody, 52, says during a confessional to the camera: “I don’t know what just happened.
“I mean, I’m sitting here going, ‘Wait a second, why didn’t you pitch it to ‘em? You were enthusiastic about it.’
“It seems like she didn’t even try.”
At the end of the finale clip, Christine reveals she’s had enough and confesses to Meri: “Meri, I can’t do marriage with Kody anymore. I don’t wanna.”
Earlier this week, a teaser clip from the TLC show had Christine revealing that her longtime marriage to Kody has been “rocky” for years.
Kody tells the confessional camera that he’s picking Christine up and they’re going on a date.
The polyamorous husband is then seen driving with his wife in the car before the two sit down on a rock to watch the sunset.
As the couple share a tender moment with each other and Kody puts his arm around Christine, she says in the voiceover that she feels like they’ve had a “rocky” relationship for the past few years.
She confesses: “It’s hard to get together and feel like I still matter. I’m still important.”
Christine has admitted before that she is “super jealous” of the other wives and feels the family have drifted apart since moving to Flagstaff, Arizona.
The sister wife isn’t the only one who’s had enough of Kody, as fans slammed Kody for “mistreating” his wives as he called Janelle “lazy” and “full of s**t” in a recent clip.
