The post Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (foot) Ruled Out Wednesday vs. Grizzlies first appeared on SportsGrid. The Thunder were expected to be a bit healthier for Wednesday’s matchup vs. the Grizzlies. Lu Dort and Al Horford were both removed from the injury report, which means both players should be back in the lineup. That said, Gilgeous-Alexander has now been ruled out with a foot injury. SGA leads the Thunder in virtually every offensive category this season, so that is a big blow to their lineup.
However, it does create some fantasy value with the rest of the roster. Dort stands out as the primary beneficiary. He’s increased his usage rate by +6.3% with Gilgeous-Alexander and George Hill off the court this season, resulting in an average of 0.79 FanDuel points per minute. He’s coming off 35.1 FanDuel points in his last game without SGA, which gives him nice upside at $4,900.
Horford should also serve as a larger part of the offense. He’s played in seven games with Gilgeous-Alexander and Hill out of the lineup this season, and he’s averaged 35.3 FanDuel points in those contests.
The Thunder have dropped to 6.5-point home underdogs vs. the Grizzlies on FanDuel Sportsbook.
