My obese wife won’t have sex with me and refuses to lose weight
DEAR DEIDRE: IF I don’t initiate sex, we’ll go weeks without it. My wife’s very passive and doesn’t feel anything.
Even when we do have sex, it’s passion-free.
She had the same issue in her previous marriage causing it to break down.
I’m 63 and my wife is 61. I’ve asked her to see her doctor but she refuses.
She is also obese and when I suggest we do something together to try to reduce her weight she isn’t motivated.
I love her but part of me doesn’t think she loves me, which is why she treats me like this. What should I do?
