Parler CEO John Matze ‘targeted with DEATH THREATS’ after Amazon, Apple and Google suspended app

PARLER CEO John Matze was allegedly targeted with death threats after Amazon, Apple and Google suspended the app.

The comments come just one day after the website was forced offline.

Matze told Tucker Carlson on Monday that he has received significant backlash from vendors his team has reached out to since the removal.

Tucker Carlson asked Matze whether he had seen any liberals, aside from reporters Glenn Greenwald and Michael Tracey, calling the removal of the sight “scary.”

“I’m not sure, I have seen a lot of people say this is scary, but I’ve seen a lot of people who are participating in the five minutes of hate and egging it on and cheering,” he said. “It is disgusting.”

“People are threatening my life,” he went on to claim. “I can’t go home tonight. So this is really a lot, you know.

“This is not just our civil liberties. [Big Tech] can shut down a billion-dollar company, half-a-billion dollar company overnight.”

On Monday, Matze claimed that the entire system will be down for the “foreseeable future” after the huge big tech crackdown.

Matze reportedly posted on his Parler page that the app will “likely be down longer than expected.”

He continued: “This is not due to software restrictions — we have our software and everyone’s data ready to go.

“Rather it’s that Amazon’s, Google’s and Apple’s statements to the press about dropping our access has caused most of our other vendors to drop their support for us as well. And most people with enough servers to host us have shut their doors to us.”

Matze told Carlson on Monday night that he found out that his app was being dropped by Google “online in the news first,” and that he “didn’t get a notice.”

Parler was launched in 2018 following the rise of far-right extremist conservatives under Trump.

Such groups have accused Twitter and Facebook of being too swift to censor their views.

Although Trump is not on the platform, Parler does boast plenty of high profile electeds and conservatives, including GOP Senator Ted Cruz, who has 4.9million followers, and Sean Hannity, with 7million.
