The Evening Standard’s Dan Kilpatrick has revealed on social media that there is still no official confirmation on whether Tottenham Hotspur’s clash against Fulham this evening is likely to go ahead, with the Premier League yet to make a definitive decision.
The Athletic reported on Tuesday that the game was under risk of being postponed after several positive tests at Fulham.
Manchester City’s clash against Everton on Monday had to be called off in light of positive tests in the City camp.
It was reported on Tuesday that a decision will be made on this evening’s clash based on the results of the players and staff at Craven Cottage who are yet to receive their results (PA News Agency).
However, with little over three hours until kick-off, there still has not been any official confirmation.
Kilpatrick revealed that the Premier League could still decide to call the game off but both clubs are preparing to play.

It cannot be easy for the players to prepare psychologically for the match as they will know in the back of their minds that it might not go ahead. The Premier League really should have made a decision one way or the other by now.
