Throughout Cyberpunk 2077  players are given a great many different ways to customize their character and gameplay experience. To begin with, players have access to a huge amount of different cosmetic options available for their character, and the game puts little restrictions on what they can and can't do. Players also have complete freedom to create different kinds of combat builds that focus on different methods of bringing enemies down and a range of weapon types.

One of the more fun weapons to use throughout Cyberpunk 2077 are revolvers because of the pure unadulterated power that can be packed into each shot. This is just one of many different kinds of weapons in the game, and each one has its own special strengths and weaknesses that players will want to be aware of when using them in combat. While some are better suited for longer ranges others are more useful at point-blank range.  Unique revolvers in particular are a blast to use though, so this guide shows players the best ones available and where to find them.

Since V is able to carry three different weapons at any given time, it is a really good idea to have all based covered when it comes to the different ranges enemies will be fought at. While things like sniper rifles and shotguns can be a lot of fun to use, they can sometimes be a little difficult to handle while in close quarters with enemies. This is why having a sidearm like a revolver is incredibly important, as they are very easy to wield while at shorter ranges. While pistols will grant players with higher capacity, the revolvers on the other hand are capable of dealing out huge amounts of damage especially with headshots. Here are the unique revolvers that players will want to pick up as soon as they possibly can:

• Comrade's Hammer - This is a pretty tricky weapon honestly because it is so close to being overpowered, but a few things instead hold it back considerably. To begin with, though this revolver features a massively high damage output and it also packs explosive rounds. This means that when a shot hits it is going to absolutely decimate foes, and it also comes with a chance of knockdown. This means that players can effectively render enemies unable to fight back momentarily. By far the best aspect of Comrade's Hammer though is that it is the only unique revolver that is a Tech Weapon. As a Tech weapon players can charge up shots to deal even more damage and shoot through cover as well. The downside here though is that this weapon only has one shot per clip and takes a ridiculous amount of time to reload. Players can craft this one by collecting the blueprint during a Suspected Crime mission in Arroya.
• Archangel - One of the largest drawbacks to trying to use a revolver in combat is that these weapons tend to have a huge amount of recoil that makes lining up additional shots pretty difficult sometimes. Players who tend to avoid revolvers for that reason will get a lot out of the Archangel because it has drastically reduced recoil compared to most revolvers. On top of this though players are also able to deal electrical damage and shock effects on enemies, so with reduced recoil its very easy to make these effects stack on top of each other and deal increased damage. In order to acquire this weapon players will need to complete the A Like Supreme side mission, and they will then be given this as a reward.
• Amnesty - This is another revolver that has drastically reduced recoil, which makes it a perfect entry point for players who are wary of using these types of weapons in combat. The last thing a player wants is to have their weapon bounce around the place while trying to bring down a difficult enemy, so those players will love the Amnesty. This weapon also dishes out a high amount of bleeding effects against enemies, which is great to continue draining their health while the player reloads or ducks in cover to regenerate their own health. The best part of the Amnesty though is its improved damage effect that gives the player the chance to deal massive amounts of damage, especially when dishing out headshots. Players will acquire this by completing Cassidy's bottle shooting challenge in the We Gotta Live Together quest.
• Doom Doom - The Doom Doom is the kind of revolver that is best not handled by amateurs or those who despise the ways in which these guns handle. In the hands of more experienced revolver users though this weapon has the potential to be one of the more deadly weapons in all of Cyberpunk 2077. The first thing it has going for it is the chance to deal out bleed effects on enemies. This may not seem all that big considering a lot of weapons do that, but the difference is that the Doom Doom also fires off four bullets at the same time. It brings with it an increased rate of fire, increased damage, and even a pretty significant chance to dismember enemies. This means that at close range players can dish out a ridiculous amount of damage at their enemies as they take whole limbs off of them. The main problem with this weapon though is that it has significantly increased recoil, which means that most players will have trouble keeping it straight when attacking their enemies, but those who can will experience more damage output than almost any other weapon available to them. The Doom Doom can be acquired from Dum Dum during the Second Conflict side job after picking up Nancy from the Totentanz.
• Crash - Without a doubt, the most well-rounded and effective revolver in the game has to be the Crash though. This weapon doesn't pack nearly as much punch as the Doom Doom does, but that's okay because nothing else in the game really does either. Rather than dishing out a massively high amount of damage, the Crash combines the best aspects of revolvers with the best aspects of submachine guns with none of the downsides. This incredible for one sports both decreases recoil and bullet spread, which makes staying on target incredibly easy for a revolver. On top of this though players can hold down the fire button for a few moments to charge it up, and then upon release, it will fire off the rest of the clip automatically. This means players are able to convert one of the stronger revolvers in the game into an automatic weapon with relative ease. The only downside that the Crash features is a decreased rate of fire when fired normally, but anyone who fires this weapon normally doesn't deserve it to begin with. To acquire this weapon players will need to complete all of River's side quests before being gifted it at the end of Following the River.
