Moshi is a 6-year-old female siamese mix cat who has an obsession with going outside in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Especially when it comes to rolling in the concrete porch no matter the time of year. That is unless it's snowing, as evidenced in this video filmed on December 23.
The filmer and cat owner, Erin Valtinson (@erinvaltinson) said: "She does not appreciate it when "we take away the warmth" and replace it with snow. She has tantrums which include running across the house as fast as possible when she doesn't get to go outside. For a five-pound cat, she has a huge personality much bigger than her.
"She stood there staring outside in awe, completely dumbstruck at what she was witnessing. After a solid 30 seconds of staring, bewildered by the freezing gusts of wind and biting powder, she quickly turned around and ran away to have a tantrum."
