Babies have been conceived and delivered since the Cavs last played meaningful basketball. Since then, a champion has been crowned, a draft has been held, players across the league have switched teams, and James Harden has been to more strip clubs than their are NBA roster spots. It’s been a LOOONG nine months.
The Cavs look to run a lineup with newly minted starter Isaac Okoro, while the Cavs are missing Kevin Love, KPJ, Dante Exum, and Matthew Dellavedova. Bickerstaff won’t say who else will start, yet. But it’s safe to say that Drummond and Garland are locks. Who else starts between Sexton, Osman, and Nance Jr. probably won’t be revealed till tip-off.
For Charlotte…
Lineup note: Hornets will start Graham, Rozier, Hayward, Washington, Zeller on Wednesday.

To say I’m not thrilled about the prospect of Sexton starting over Osman would be an understatement, but that’s life, I guess.
Let’s hope the Cavs can defend on the perimeter and dominate inside. Should be a fun one.
