Kylie Jenner was missing in action in Kim Kardashian's latest family photo, and fans are starting to wonder why. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians family is celebrating the holiday together in Lake Tahoe. But Kylie is elsewhere with her daughter Stormi Webster. Now, fans are questioning if her absence is deliberate or just by chance.
Whether it's Kim's birthday getaway trip or quick vacation in the country, Kylie hasn't been present and it's left many KUWTK fans wondering if there's tension. Back in October, Kim surprised her family and close friends with an all-expense-paid trip to a remote island via a jumbo private jet. While the family got criticized for traveling during a pandemic and flaunting their wealth while millions of others struggle financially, Kylie was left out of the backlash since she didn't even attend the lavish vacation. Kylie and Kim haven't had any fallout that fans know about. Most recently, Kylie got into a physical fight with Kendall Jenner that resulted in them not speaking for a month. But when it comes to Kylie and Kim all is well. Some fans do think there's a little intimidation there when it comes to how much more popular Kylie has gotten in comparison to her superstar sister. Though Kim is the star of KUWTK and the reason the family snagged their own reality show, as Kylie has gotten older, she has acquired her own fanbase that has surpassed her sister in the new-age era.
For the Christmas holiday, the famous family had plans of spending it together in Lake Tahoe, California. Kim took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a swaggy family photo of the superstar family. "Tahoe with the fam," the KKW Beauty founder captioned the pic. It featured her, sisters Kourtney, Khloe, and Kendall, their mother Kris Jenner and Corey Gamble, and Scott Disick. Noticeably absent was the family's youngest sister Kylie Jenner. Rob Kardashian was also not in the photo, but fans have grown accustomed to the sole male Kardashian staying out of the public eye. “Why is Kylie never with you guys,” one fan asked in the comments. “Where is Kylie? ????????????????????????,” another questioned. “Whatta shocker there is no Kylie,” one follower wrote. The family photo in Lake Tahoe came one day after Kylie posted a photo of Stormi at Travis Scott's food and toy drive in his hometown of Houston, TX. It's possible the youngest member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan is still down south with her family.
For what it's worth, Kylie is a mom co-parenting her daughter with a superstar rapper. It can be a challenge for the young starlet to be everywhere her family is when she has one of her own. But, that hasn't stopped fans from assuming the worst. In addition to commenting on Kylie's absence, many questioned if Kourtney had been photoshopped into the pic. Is it only me or does anyone else feels that Kourtney is photoshopped into this," one user asked. "She is the only one who looks as they have added her into this." Another added, "Is it just me or does Kourtney look like a cardboard cut out in this pic?" It's also clear that Khloe has decided to spend Christmas in California and not in Boston with Tristan Thompson who was recently traded to the Celtics.
Kim has only shared a family photo with the adults and hasn't started sharing content with their adorable kids. It's also possible that Kylie will make it to Lake Tahoe at a later date. Fans just love seeing Kim and Kylie together.
