In 2016, JoJo Fletcher became engaged to her now fiancé, Jordan Rodgers during her season of The Bachelorette.
Fans knew from the moment JoJo laid eyes on Jordan that he was the one who would win her heart in the end. While JoJo did play the game by giving every suitor on her season a chance, in the end Jordan was the one she knew she wanted to spend the rest of her life with. JoJo instincts were spot on as she and Jordan are set to tie the knot summer of 2021.
So who is Jordan Rodgers? According to American Football Fandom, Jordan was born August 30, 1988, and is 32 years old. He grew up in Chico, California, along with his two older brothers Luke and Aaron, who is the quarterback for the Green Bay Packers. Jordan went to Pleasant Valley High School, where he grew up and played football where started as a quarterback, as well as led his team to an 8-3-1 record as a senior. After graduating from high school, Jordan attended Butte College, where he was also the quarterback for their football team. He helped the team earn the 2008 junior college national title with a 12-0 record and broke the school record for total offense. Besides breaking records for the football team, Jordan received academic honors during his time in college. He later got a scholarship to Vanderbilt University and played on their team for two years. Jordan was then as signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent, but was later released in July 2013. He was signed to other teams such as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Miami Dolphins and the BC Lions. After attending the BC Lions mini-camp, Jordan officially quit football in April 2015. In 2016, Jordan was hired by ESPN as a college football analyst for the news segment, SEC Now and currently works there.
Shortly after he finished his career in football, Jordan went on to compete on season 12 of The Bachelorette. On the show he met JoJo and received the first impression rose. Jordan was an immediate front-runner ended his journey by getting down on one knee to propose to JoJo. After the show, the newly engaged couple moved to JoJo's hometown of Dallas, Texas and still live their today. They are also the host of their own home renovation show on CNBC called Cash Pad, as well as Battle of The Fittest Couple on The Paramount Network. The couple are still together today and were set to get married summer of 2020. Unfortunately due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the pair was forced to postpone their wedding until May 2021.
