Stacey Solomon opens up about ‘heartache’ in emotional post as she reveals Christmas home makeover with Joe Swash
STACEY Solomon has opened up about the “heartache” of the year as she unveiled a stunning Christmas makeover at her home.
The 31-year-old Loose Women star posed with boyfriend Joe Swash, their son Rex and her other children Leighton and Zachary outside the Essex pad.
The family were all wearing matching white wooly jumpers for the adorable shot, surrounded by fake snow, trees and wooden reindeer.
Viewers of her Instagram Story got to see her putting the finishing touches to the remarkable door display before her post.
The star spoke about how grateful she is to her fans but acknowledged the “heartache and loss” of the year.
She wrote: “Hello December… The winter door is finally finished .
“This morning was the most beautiful sunny December day I’ve ever seen, so I woke everyone up really early just to put our matching outfits on and take a picture .
“Luckily it was something different from the everyday school run and I had advent calendars to persuade them so they were on board .
“It feels like December has just come around in a flash but at the same time this year has hardly ‘flown by’
“So I just wanted to say… It’s been really awful for so many over the past months and is still so hard for lots… I’m so sorry for all those who have struggled and for all of the heartache and loss of this year.
