JOE Biden “jokingly” called American troops “stupid bast**ds” and “dull” a clip that resurfaced on the internet on Friday.
The shocking footage – from when Obama was president in 2016 – was taken during a speech to U.S. soldiers in Abu Dhabi.

“One, I married Jill, and two, I appointed Johnson to the academy. I just want you to know that.
“Clap for that, you stupid bast**ds.”
Biden was serving as vice president for the Obama administration at the time of his speech.
The awkward speech was made on March 7, 2016 and was previously uploaded to YouTube in January 2017.
Moments after the “bast**ds” statement, Biden appeared to call the service members behind him a “dull bunch.”
An official transcript from the speech, which was archived in the White House, confirmed Biden said: “Man, you are a dull bunch.
“Must be slow here, man. I don’t know.”
Biden ‘jokingly’ called the group of soldiers a ‘dull bunch’[/caption] The resurfaced video comes shortly before the 2020 presidential election[/caption]His alleged banter came after he praised the soldiers and reminded them how people back home “don’t fully understand the incredible sacrifices” they make for the country.
Biden campaign spokesperson Andrew Bates told the Daily Beast: “Vice President Biden was jokingly encouraging the audience to clap for an airwoman on the stage.
“And a number of service members can be seen laughing and smiling at the comment.
“Seconds before, he praised them for ‘the incredible sacrifices [they] make for our country.’
“He thanked them for their patriotism and courage throughout, and closed his remarks by saying, ‘you’re the finest generation of warriors the world has ever, ever known’ – receiving an enthusiastic ovation.”
Earlier this month, Biden slammed Trump for allegedly calling dead soldiers ‘losers’[/caption]The resurfaced video comes shortly before the 2020 presidential election and a few weeks after President Donald Trump slammed the “hoax claims that he called dead soldiers “losers.”
Trump told reporters: “There is nobody that feels more strongly about our soldiers, our wounded warriors, our soldiers that died in war, it’s a hoax.
“It’s a hoax, just like the fake dossier was a hoax, it was a total hoax, just like so many other things, it’s a hoax,” he added.
“And you hear more of these things totally unrelated as we get closer and closer to election.”
Biden later condemned the president’s alleged comments and said: “You know in your gut Trump’s comments, if true, are deplorable.”
