DEAR DEIDRE: A NEW man started working at our company last year and he was so touchy-feely it made me and the other woman I worked with feel very uncomfortable.
It’s a small furniture-making business so mostly men. But when talking to the other woman and me, he would rub his hands up and down our back or rest his hand on our bottom.

We told the manager it made us feel uncomfortable. It seemed to work and he left us alone for a while.
But the other woman left and now he’s started calling me a bitch or a hussy to my face – I’d already heard he was doing it behind my back. He pretends that he’s joking but it’s getting to me.
I worry it will make things worse if I say anything to him myself, but complaining will just turn everyone against me. I’m 34.
