Luctonians Minis and Juniors Return to Rugby
Proposed Start Date – Sunday 6th September
Proposed Timings
Minis (U7s-U12s) training slot from 10:00am-11:30am
Juniors (U13s-U16s) training slot from 12noon – 1:30pm
Draft Layout of Pitches to be Used
Please see separate pitch plans for Minis and Juniors. One half of a full-sized pitch is required for maximum 20 players. Current maps working off assumptions that these will be maximum age group numbers in attendance:
U7 – 20, U8 – 20, U9 – 20, U10 – 20, U11 – 40, U12 – 40, U13 – 40, U14 – 40, U15 – 40, U16 – 40
Food/Drink Options Available
From 9:30am – 11:30am Bacon/Sausage sandwiches, tea/coffee, soft drinks available to be purchased from outdoor bar
From 11:30am – 1:00pm Sausage Rolls/Pasties/Pies, tea/coffee, soft drinks available to be purchased from outdoor bar
From 11:30am Tables available to be booked inside and outside club for Sunday Lunches or Bar access (pre-booking recommended for tables, as limited availability, but essential for Sunday Lunch)
Toilet Usage
Minis – U7, U8 and U9 (parents, children and siblings) use grandstand toilets, U10, U11 and U12 use cricket toilets
Juniors – U13 use grandstand and U14s, U15s and U16s use cricket toilets
Parking
Designated parking areas (See plan above) for each age group to minimise movement around club and interaction with other age groups
Parental/Carer Requests
• Bring with you hand sanitizer, a towel and a pre-filled water bottle
• Park in designated areas
• Upon arrival go straight to your pitch and register with your age group manager
• Remain at your pitch side/in your car unless visiting outside bar, toilet or pre booked table (ie don’t roam around the club freely as we could before)
Club Marshals
Please follow any directions given by the Club Marshalls. They are there to keep everyone safe.
