DEAR DEIDRE: MY colleagues and I have been watching our female boss get closer and closer to a guy in our team.
It used to be funny to watch them make fools of themselves but it’s gone too far.

She should keep her distance, we think. But if she’s not at his desk, he’s shut in her office with her.
They share lunch breaks and she treats him differently from everyone else.
He gets praised for the littlest thing, while any mistake he makes gets blamed on someone else. It’s such clear favouritism that it’s caused huge resentment. He is almost her spy.
We’ve been to HR but they don’t seem to care. Short of leaving, is there anything else I can do? I’m a woman of 25.
