The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills have long been the staple of how the rich and famous conduct their daily lives. Since the franchise's premiere in 2010, the women have been bringing fashion and the drama to the Bravo small screens. The exclusive 90210 zip code has been home to actresses, entrepreneurs, and housewives since before Aaron Spelling made it popular.
Thursday’s all-new episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills showed how wonderful it must be to walk a mile in the ladies’ shoes. The cast was still in Rome, living their best lives while us mere mortals watched from our lumpy couches.
It has not gone unnoticed that most of the women lead an extravagant lifestyle. This particular episode just hammered the notion home. Sutton Stracke has taken over the role from Dorit Kemsley though. She has already gifted purses to the women and now added personalized Hunter boots to the list. Fans watched as she held a private viewing in Dolce & Gabbana where the red-carpet treatment was rolled out. While Kyle Richards dropped $2,500, Sutton had clothes delivered to her hotel room so she could try them on in peace.
The excursion was also out of this world as well. Lisa Rinna planned a wine and Ferrari trip, with the costing $210,000 alone to rent, and she had two! The landscape was picturesque, and the 23 feet below ground winery was lovely. They had their own sommelier and nibbles to keep them occupied. These are moments most fans could only dream about having.
Lastly, the women who frequent Rodeo Drive always bring the fashion. This includes shelling out thousands for their glam squads to accompany them on any trips. Dorit and Erika Jayne take the cake with this as they always have their makeup and hair done perfectly. Dorit goes a bit overboard for most fan’s tastes. So, far this trip she had a Chanel look, Versace looks, and God only knows what she will throw on for next week. Erika Jayne has been much lower key this trip but still looks phenomenal.
Watching these women every week gives most fans a tiny look into what it would be like to be filthy rich, and it looks like you’d have one giant closet. Given, there are some women on the show like, Teddi Mellencamp and Denise Richards, who do not flaunt their wealth as much and dress down. But overall fans would kill for a day in the lives of one Beverly Hills housewife.
