Mary-Kate, Ashley Olsen Could Return for Fuller House After All
You got it, dude! Fans of the classic '90s sitcom Full House were disappointed when executive producer Robert L. Boyett confirmed that Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen wouldn't be back to reprise their role as precocious youngest child Michelle Tanner on Netflix's 2016 reboot, Fuller House.

But Ted Sarandos, chief content officer of Netflix, hinted that the fashion designers' decision might not be as final as it seemed.
"The Olsen twins are teetering on whether or not they'll be around," he told reporters at the 2015 Television Critics Association summer gathering in Beverly Hills on Tuesday, July 28. "We've been able to reassemble all of the [rest of the] cast."
That's not to say that you should hold your breath until it happens, however. "They're not in the current creative," Sarandos clarified -- meaning the actresses are not written into the show right now, but the door is open for them to return should they change their minds.
There's still plenty to look forward to now that Fuller House has begun filming. The cast members “have fallen right back into their roles," Sarandos dished. "It’s very much in the same spirit, but it’s a modern take on Full House."
The new series follows eldest Tanner daughter D.J. (Candace Cameron Bure), now a widow, and her fellow single-mom BFF Kimmy Gibbler (Andrea Barber), as they raise their children together. Jodie Sweetin (middle daughter Stephanie Tanner), Bob Saget (patriarch Danny Tanner), John Stamos (Uncle Jesse), Lori Loughlin (Aunt Becky), Dave Coulier (Joey), and more original cast members are all returning for the reboot, scheduled to debut on Netflix in 2016.
