Bradley sisters’ disappearance remembered on 19th anniversary
“We’re going to still pray and continue praying for my daughters, Diamond and Tionda, to come home,” said the girls’ mother at a vigil in their honor Monday.
A vigil was held Monday on the 19th anniversary of the disappearance of Diamond and Tionda Bradley. Diamond was 3 and Tionda was 10 when they went missing from their apartment near 35th Street and Cottage Grove Avenue. The case has been an enduring and heartbreaking mystery. Family and friends gather annually to ask for help finding the sisters. “We’re going to still pray and continue praying for my daughters, Diamond and Tionda, to come home,” Tracey Bradley, the girls’ mother, said at the vigil, which was held 48th and State Streets in Taylor Park.
