Argentina manager, Lionel Scaloni, has warned Juan Foyth that he needs to be playing first-team games when discussing the right-back’s future with the national side.
Foyth was one of three Spurs stars to be part of Argentina’s Copa America squad last summer along with Giovani Lo Celso (who was still at Real Betis) and Paulo Gazzaniga, with Erik Lamela missing out.
Foyth played almost every game in the tournament and flourished as a right-back as La Albiceleste managed a respectable third-place finish.
