Hey all! Im a first time poster after about a year of lurking and would like to start by thanking yall for all the help youve given so far! So Im outfitting my new to me cobra fish n dive since weve got all this free time on our hands. Ive been leaning towards a Garmin striker unit and plan on mounting it with duct seal. Is it worth getting the clear vu model for inshore use? If I knew it worked Id get it for sure since it doesnt cost much more but idk if itll work in depths that are seen out in La Jolla and if the duct seal mount would hinder it as well. Any advice would be appreciated!
