The former TOWIE star is seen walking towards the camera all dressed up in a pair of skinny jeans and a smart blue shirt as Diana Ross’ song I’m Coming Out plays in the background.
As he perfects his outfit, Mark’s wife Michelle Keegan can be heard asking him: “Where you going?”
Mark responds with a huge grin on his face: “I’m going down the pub aren’t I with the boys. I told you, I’m having a few pints.
Former Coronation Street actress Michelle quickly replies: “The pubs are shut,” as Mark’s face drops.
“Ahhhhhhhh it’s another dream,” he says, before the video switches to him in his dressing gown and pyjamas.
“Here we go again, do you want a cup of tea?” he asks his 32-year-old wife as he makes his way into the kitchen.
He captioned the video: “Groundhog Day. Anyone else keep having this dream ?? .”
Mark’s 1.6 million followers thought the clip was hilarious and couldn’t wait to comment.
“Love this made me ” one person wrote, while another added: “You’re the funny guy man.”
A third fan posted: love you two, make some more Tik Toks,” while a fourth said: “Think we all need more posts from you, makes us all smile.”
The video comes after Michelle gatecrashed her husband’s radio show last night and criticised him.
During his segment, Mark was discussing with his audience how quarantine has meant couples have seen different sides to one another.
Keen to get Michelle’s take on things he asked his wife what were the most annoying things he did.
The My Girl actress admitted he was “alright” but she wasn’t a fan of his “radio voice” that he puts on.
“I don’t know where it’s come from,” said Michelle. “It works, it works, but you have got a bit of a radio voice.
“It’s like a phone voice, you know when you were younger you heard your mum and dad on the phone, that’s what you do for radio.”

Trying to explain himself, Mark replied: “But you have to, you can’t just talk like, ‘oh babe just get me a cup of tea’.”
Laughing at his excuse, Michelle roared: “You don’t talk like that either, I don’t know where that voice has come from!”
Realising he was getting rinsed live on air, the presenter joked with his listeners: “She’s absolutely killing me off here on the radio!”
