Using an android phone as a webcam

Righto, I want to use a spare android phone as a webcam while working at home with my laptop in a docking station and hooked up to a monitor.

You can't buy a webcam for love nor money at the moment.

Only small problem is work lock down the laptops so I cant put any applications on the windows pc.

Can it be done and how?
