In the Irkutsk region, a young man driving a car lost control, collided with another traffic participant, shot down two pedestrians and rammed two parked cars.
The incident occurred on Thursday, February 27, in the city of Kirensk near the stop "City Market". In an accident, a hit 29-year-old girl got the hardest hit. The IrkSib publication , referring to the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Irkutsk Region, reported that she was hospitalized. After the accident, the 18-year-old driver got out of the car, clutching his head, and probably tried to escape, but was immediately detained by a passerby.
